Design Toscano Selects Mapp

Replaces Bronto To Leverage Mapp’s Capabilities Of Customer Acquisition and Engagement

Design Toscano, a home and garden décor company has appointed Mapp to assist it in improving the way the company outreaches its customer and make it more personalized. Mapp is an international provider of the cloud-based insight-led engagement service provider.

The company has selected Mapp after deep thought and going through the reviews of Customer Data and Engagement Platforms in Gartner and Forrester. Mapp has been chosen to replace Bronto for its powerful capabilities to acquire and engage customers at different levels.

Partnership To Build More Holistic Customer View

The collaboration will enable Toscano to sync its online strategy and include customer data from all the touchpoints to build a more holistic view of its customers and take actions according to the insights available.

Mapp Acquire Module will also allow the company to grow its existing customer profiles in real-time and flow them directly to the segmentation builder at Mapp’s cloud. This enriched data can further be used to create more personalized marketing campaigns, like easy message creation projecting product recommendations to the users.

Another reason for Toscano to select Mapp is the strategic account support offered by Mapp and the presence of a dedicated technical team to assist Toscano to adapt the new tools easily. The Mapp team put in efforts to understand the pain points of the company and thus have come up with the best recommendations to boost customer engagement, grow revenue, and accelerate innovation within the company.
