Windstream Updates To Offer Customers Better Insights

This Is The Second Major Update From Communication Service Provider In This Quarter

Windstream Enterprise (WE), a communications service provider, has again enhanced its WE Connect portal with many new additions that are focused on offering customers and channel partners better insights into their networks.

 WE Connect offers customers a single channel to monitor, organize and gather insights into every aspect of their network in real-time digitally. The latest edition also comes with greater access to the status of orders, a new dashboard widget for better voice command, and many advanced users interface for simpler navigation. 

 Additionally, customers can now have access to exclusive product offers curated for their business needs along with a new user invite experience that simplifies OfficeSuite UC® onboarding.

The new features are also available to the WE Connect Partners Portal for partners and will help to manage them to manage their customer contracts smoothly. Also, the partners can integrate data collected during the onboarding slot to improve their operations. 

Second Major Update Of This Quarter

WE Connect has updated for the second time in this quarter. Earlier, WE brought the WE Connect Insights Engine, to offer customers a deeper detail and analysis of their SD-WAN environments. The insights allow customers to fight against cyber threats.
