World CX Summit Set To Take Place March

CX Leaders To Discuss The New Trends In Customer Experience Management

With a major focus on Asian Market, the third edition of the World CX Summit is taking place on March 11, 2021. The Summit will be attended by over 250 CX leaders, who will participate in the event virtually. The main topics of discussion include the latest trends and best practices that integrate CEM in every business and explore innovations that can empower businesses. Also, the convention will discuss the pain points and challenges existing around customer experience in the new-normal environment.

Technology has been a powerful factor in driving the growth of customer experience in the regional markets and will be a major center of attraction in the summit.
