Harps Food Stores Chooses Birdzi

To Build Mobile Rewards App To Enhance Customer Experience

Harps Food Stores is introducing a mobile rewards app to build loyalty and enhance digital engagement and personalization. The retailer is partnering with Birdzi, which is known for offering personalized experience digital solutions.

With the help of Birdzi, the company aims to leverage a customer intelligence platform to grow its digital audience. Harp Rewards will now allow the customers to have digital savings and an improved shopping experience after following a six-month implementation strategy. The customers can enjoy the enhanced services both offline and online.

Personalized Flyers To Enhance Shopper Experience

Birdzi has also assisted the food retailer in navigating the local challenges by using personalized flyers and coupons with newspapers discontinuing the printing of grocery ads. The data collected will allow the retailer to build successful digital programs and make their marketing more effective. Besides, the company will be able to make better-informed decisions and enhance the shopper experience to yield the desired ROI.

David Ganoung, VP-Marketing, Harps Food Stores said in a release that Birdzi came as a natural choice for the company to transform the company’s digital journey.
