Star Sports & LVision Make Viewer Engagement Immersive

Customer Engagement Increased After Introduction of Widget

Star Sports has added a betting and animation widget from LVision to enhance its customer engagement and grow customer turn-over. The collaboration aims to strengthen the customer engagement and make it more immersive for the viewers.

The widget will function as a unique live match tracker, by transforming broadcasts into insights and data visualization for sports. With the help of the widget, customers can now access real-time in-play odds along with statistical data.

Tennis The First Sport To Offer Unique Widget Experience

The widget will first get launched for Tennis. The other sports are to be added later on this year. The viewers of Star Sports will also be able to cover all matches including the players and the tournaments. According to LVision, customer engagement has increased by 65% after introducing the widget.

Also, the deal covers BetBooster Insights from LVision to enable Start Sports to fully automate the event coverage along with data-driven services based on historical data and AI insights.

Luke Tarr Head of PR at Star Sports, said that they are looking forward to offering a unique and stimulating experience of tennis sports to their customers.
