Enterprise Car Sales Completes Launch Of Accelerated Customer Experience

Introduces Complete Clean Pledge to ensure customer safety during pandemic

Enterprise Car Sales announced the rollout of the Accelerated Customer Experience (ACE)TM digital platform across the country. Enterprise’s customers can now complete their used car purchase as quickly as possible, either by initiating their purchase from home or at any of 147 U.S. locations of the company. With this new roll-out, customers can complete the dealing as quickly as 15 minutes to 45 mins.

With consumers shifting towards better and no-touch experiences, the company has made smart investments in technology and is focused on removing the hurdles for transactions. After Covid-19 hit the world, Enterprise Car Sales boosted its “Start My Purchase” feature on its website. This allowed the customers to do the online process involved in purchasing.

The new and advanced ACE TM digital platform allows a quick, simple and transparent car buying experience within dealership locations. The ACE TM platform also enables the customers to engage in an interactive purchase process and provides them a view of product information, along with an option to choose from several vehicle financing and protection products. The customers can also complete documentation digitally thus minimizing the hectic documentation process. They can also receive personalized recommendations for their new investment. 

Customer Safety is Priority

Apart from ACE TM, the Enterprise Car Sales ensuring customer safety has recently launched its Complete Clean Pledge. The program includes disinfecting the vehicle by sanitizing more than 20 high-touch points after every test-drive and before handing over the possession of the car.
