How To Celebrate CX Day 2021

On Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, the world celebrates the annual CX Day, which was recognized by the US Congress and was founded by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). How is our community celebrating this special day? Here are a few ideas and appointments you might not want to miss.

First of all, companies and professionals in the customer experience field take advantage of CX Day to showcase their achievements in their field. Companies around the world are increasingly becoming more aware of the importance of becoming more customer-centric, and new CX tools and technologies emerge on a regular basis.

The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) is hosting a variety of events on Wednesday. These events include general celebrations of CX Day, and conversations with CX Professionals from all over the world. Events hosted include CX DAY AUSTRALIA, Global CD Day 2021 – Finland Network, and UX CXPA Networks.

Another event you don’t want to miss is Ron Kaufman’s talk hosted by the European Customer Experience Organization (EXCO). Kaufman is renowned to be one of the world’s top experts on customer experience. He will discuss matters such as the relationship between CX and Care, how CX continues to evolve, and how to build sustainable models of CX. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 6th, at 2:00 p.m. (CET).

Lastly, one could simply meditate on how they can improve their own CX practice. This can look like asking oneself questions about their own CX practice: How can AI optimize CX? What CX tools should your company adopt next year? What other methods has one not yet used to gather consumer insights? In what ways can one elicit more customer feedback?

Regardless of what one does, CX Day honors the vision of improving how companies serve their customers. So, from the CXBuzz team, we wish you a happy CX Day!
