Infobip With Microsoft Azure Expands Into eCommerce & Retail

Launches Communication Platform To Benefit All Of Its B2B and Enterprise Customers

Infobip recently announced that its complete Communications Platform-as-a-Service offering is now present at Microsoft Azure. With this step, the company’s customer base will significantly expand in the finance, eCommerce, and retail industries. It will also allow the organization to grow its market footprint at the core.

The collaboration with Microsoft also brings the omnichannel capability of the company to benefit all of its B2B and enterprise customers and scale-up customer engagement and customer service solutions that include contact center, marketing, security, and authentication operations.

Range of Services To Benefit Customers

By the end of 2023, it is expected that the company will have an array of identity and IoT-based services to its portfolio.

Silvio Kutic, Infobip’s CEO said that the company sees the opportunities in co-opetition and believes that it can benefit customers in the end. Kutic further added that the collaboration is also providing a wide arena to empower digital customer experience as we enter the phase of 5G connections.

Infobip also has a Contact Center Solution at Azure that offers omnichannel support to the customers. Besides, simple plugin integration, ready-to-use end-to-end options, and speeding up time-to-value services also make a part of the Infobip portfolio at Azure.
