Consum Selects Algonomy To Drive Customer Engagement

Cognodata Takes The Role of Implementation Partner In The Collaboration

Consum Cooperativa Valenciana has selected Algonomy to drive omnichannel personalization and real-time customer engagement. Consum is one of the leading co-operative of the Spanish Mediterranean area and owns over 790 stores and have about 3.5 million customers.

By successfully deploying Algonomy’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform, Consum aims to boost its customer engagement at various touchpoints within the customer journey. Cognodata will play the role of implementation partner for both the companies, powering personalized customer engagement by advanced machine learning technology.

Real-time CDP Develop Unified Customer Experience

By leveraging its real-time CDP, Algonomy plans to create a unified customer snapshot across online and offline channels. This will be achieved by build-in audience activation and OOTB algorithms. The journey-based campaigns will further enable the company to drive real-time event-based retargeting and manage customer interaction to increase sales under a controlled environment.
