Clarins UK, a luxury brand for the skincare and cosmetics industry has tapped Vee24 to offer intelligent conversational multi-experiences to its customers. the step has been taken as a part of the boutique strategy to boost customer engagement of the brand.

The coaches and influencers have a multi-camera setup that allows them to connect with customers face-to-face. The set-up also provides high-definition shots of products and application procedures.
