Netcore To Provide Automated Marketing & Customer Engagement to Danube Home

The brand aims at delivering consistent omnichannel campaigns, at scale

Danube Home, one of the segments of UAE-based Danube Group has hired Netcore Solutions to boost its customer engagement using technology to create automated campaigns. These campaigns will also be personalized in nature to provide a coherent user experience.

Also, the home interior brand looks forward to retaining its customers by delivering top-grade customer engagement at various scales. The company has taken this step after recording a surge in online purchases on its newly launched shopping platform during the pandemic.

The AI-powered platform from Netcore will assist Danube in capturing the on-line as well as the off-line behavior of customers, thus allowing the company to run highly personalized campaigns across all the touchpoints.

According to Syed Habib, General Manager at Danube Home, the brand aims to understand the user-journey, find new ways to engage customers, and mark the opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. With a diverse portfolio of more than 50,000 products covering multiple categories in the field of interior designing and décor, Danube Home hopes to scale-up the online user-growth and retention.
