Mediahub Promotes Jackie Stasi to Chief Client Officer, West

Named Media Agency of the Year by Ad Age in both 2019 and 2020, Mediahub has been restructuring its leadership after a marked increase in financial and employee growth. Established in 2005, Mediahub works with major brands such as Netflix, Twitch, Pinterest, Ulta Beauty, and FOX Entertainment. The impression-focused media agency is one of the three IPG Mediabrands.

Jackie Stasi is moving to the Chief Client Officer, West role from the previous role of Executive Director for the LA chapter. According to Belle Lenz, the company spokesperson, Stasi will continue being in charge of “leading growth and client relationships for the agency’s entire West Coast operations.” Lenz told CXBuzz that “under her leadership, Mediahub LA has doubled in size since she joined the agency in 2019.”

Chico’s FAS Hires Jay Topper as Chief Digital Officer

Chico’s FAS, the umbrella company to Chico’s, White House Black Market, and Soma, is a fashion firm founded and based in Florida. In 2020, Soma apparel was part of the celebrity “gift bag” package at the Oscars. Recently taking a turn in the digital direction and refocusing its efforts on e-commerce, Chico’s FAS hires Jay Topper as its new Chief Digital Officer.

Topper is no stranger to customer experience roles, having held previous similar positions, such as CDO, CIO, and CTO. He specialises in retail growth and will report directly to Chico’s FAS president and CEO.

Herbalife Nutrition Hires Joe Miranda as Chief Digital Officer

The dietary supplement, nutrition, and meal substitute company introduces Joe Miranda as its first CDO. Miranda has experience in digital marketing positions in multiple companies, such as GE Capital, Voya Financial, and Thomson Reuters.

Based on multi-level marketing, the company focuses on nutrition products ranging from shakes, tea, protein mixes, and snacks. Herbalife operates worldwide in 90+ countries.

Nerdery Promotes Meghan Stiling to Chief Digital Officer

Meghan Stiling has been promoted to Chief Digital Officer of Nerdery. Stiling has over 15 years of experience and will be responsible for digital transformation developments and client-centred strategies.

Nerdery describes itself as a “digital business consultancy” and deals in a variety of digital solutions. Driving engagement and insights, Nerdery offers comprehensive technological innovation that encompasses various consulting goals, ranging from modernising to growing businesses.

Carat USA Hires Stephanie Russell as Chief Client Officer

Stephanie Russell takes on the Chief Client Officer role at the US chapter of media agency Carat. Boosting client relationships and overseeing talent application will be the main goal of the role.

Providing CX strategy planning and optimising services, Carat is a subcompany of dentsu, a brand transformation company. Carat has been ranked as the #1 Global Media Agency Network for 6 years in a row by RECMA’s Global Network Diagnostics report.
