Credit Suisse Promotes Amy Richardson to Global Head of Digital and User Experience

Founded 165 years ago, the Swiss-founded wealth manager and investment banking group operate internationally with over 45,000 employees. Credit Suisse handles private and investment banking, asset management, and advisory services for a spectrum of clients – from individuals to governments.

Amy Richardson becomes Global Head of Digital and User Experience, moving on from her role as Executive Director for Digital Strategic Programs at JPMorgan Asset Management. Following this appointment, Credit Suisse is hoping to further grow its digital channels and increase engagement with its high-end clients.

McCann Health Promotes Adriano Botter to Chief Digital Officer

Advancing from Digital Director at the Brazil division, Adriano Botter is taking over managing the global growth of McCann Health as the new Chief Digital Officer. His responsibilities will include revamping the company’s digital strategy with a focus on client and customer needs. The aim of both CDO and McCann Health is to bring digital engagement and advertising within the healthcare sector to a new level.

McCann Health is a healthcare communications network which specializes in marketing, engagement, and strategy for various health and wellness brands. Consulting and working with a range of companies, McCann Health targets a specialty sector, helping healthcare service providers navigate the market, developing brand relations, and aiding with strategic analysis and execution.

SimpliSafe Hires Douglas Woodard as Chief Customer Experience Officer

The Boston-based home security system provider hires Douglas Woodard as its Chief Customer Experience Officer, to solidify relationships with the over 2 million customers it is currently of service to. Woodard has over 20 years of experience in CX, helping companies such as Capital One and Citi banks, with their customer outreach.

SimpliSafe is a private company that provides an assortment of security device packages. Their round-the-clock alarm-monitoring is designed to protect from and alert to different types of damaging events, ranging from criminal activity to environmental damage. What sets SimpliSafe apart is the simplicity of use: no contract, tools, or installation needed.

Cisco Promotes Maria Martinez to Chief Operating Officer

Cisco specialises in networking and network management solutions. Founded in 1984, and now boasting over 71,000 employees, the tech company provides products and support in the Internet Protocol segment and has established commercial connections. It also has its own range of mobile apps for customers and employees, to facilitate collaboration and productivity and to provide news and training.

Combining two roles together in the new position of Chief Operating Officer, Maria Martinez will be overseeing her former role overseeing customer experience in addition to operations. With extensive experience not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft, and Motorola and current positions on the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and McKesson Board of Directors.

Konica Minolta Promotes Kevin Kern to Senior VP of Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies

After 26 years at Konica Minolta, Kevin Kern is taking on new responsibilities as Senior VP of Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies. Moving from software services to software solutions, he will help Konica Minolta and its clients with their digital transformation, planning, and incorporating new tech and development.

The imaging tech solutions leader supplies businesses with cameras, printers, and copiers. Following Konica Minolta’s expansions into IT services, it has also been making advances in optical research and IT content management, acquiring cybersecurity and medical companies. It currently operates in 150 countries and became a Google Cloud Premier Partner as recently as 2019.
