Incheon Airport Boosts Customer Experience Management

Becomes World’s First Level-4 Accredited Airport

Incheon Airport has become the world’s first Airport to achieve Level 4 in World’s Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Program from Airports Council International (ACI). The airport joined the piloting phase to add to its betterment, post which it was awarded Level 4 after verification of the site by ACI World via the virtual process. 

Commenting on the achievement, Kyung Wook Kim, President, and CEO, Incheon Airport said that they are proud to receive recognition as the world’s first Level-4 accredited airport and that it will continue its customer experience by offering new and pleasant experiences to its customers and adopting advanced technologies. 

About the Accreditation Program

The accreditation program offers a common definition for customer service management and assists airports to better their approach to customer experience management. The program also allows airports to identify new practices that can be developed through levels of accreditation.
