Appirio And National Grid Work Together To Create Better Customer Experience

Connect Multiple Marketing Channels and Extend Reach to Customers 

Appirio, a Wipro company is assisting National Grid to transform its omnichannel customer experience by uniting the customer engagements of around 68 million customers, spread across two continents. 

Transforming Business with An Omnichannel Customer Experience

The company is unifying multiple marketing channels, cutting off legacy system data silos, and expanding its customer reach with MuleSoft and Application Programming Interface that can be reused. This unified customer experience is for 8 million customers from three U.S. states and 60 million customers in the U.K. Plus it includes five clouds and 8 subsidiary companies to make the operations seamless.

Tyler Prince, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Alliances & Channels, Salesforce commented that it is inspiring to witness the Appirio bring success by offering a complete customer experience by using a hybrid integration platform.

The Appirio team recently won the prestigious Salesforce Innovation Award for MuleSoft.
