Gautier Personalizes The Customer Experience

Rolls out 3D Home Planning Solutions

Gautier has announced using the HomeByMe for Home Retailers to offer a complete in-store and online personalized experience. The step also encourages collaborative engagements and boost sales.

The France-based designer and manufacturer has deployed the 3D Home Planning solution across 72 stores in France and will slowly roll out the solution to the remaining stores, covering all of its 120 stores globally. More than 6000 projects have been completed within a year. This year the company will integrate the solution on its website, allowing customers to have an immersive digital experience. This will also enable the customers to use the facility anywhere and at any time.

Seamless Web-to-Store Personalized 3D Experience

The decision has been taken given the growing demand for a personalized experience in the market. HomeByMe provides a smooth web-to-store 3D experience over various channels allowing the retailers to not only address the growing consumer trend but also manage customer behavior. With a 3D solution, customers can easily create designs with exact measurements and preferences based on the availability of the stocks in real-time. Besides, customers can also calculate an estimate and get an experience of the design in an immersive environment before sending it to the factory.
