NICE inContact Wins Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

The latest CXone features helped companies to offer unhindered customer service during Covid-19

NICE inContact CXone, one of the known cloud customer experience platforms from Nice Business, has been named the Gold Winner in the 2021from Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service– the world’s best awards for customer service and sales professionals. The platform wins this award under the “contact center solution – new version” category. 

The new CXone boosted the customer service process by offering better workforce agility for the teams working remotely and offered insights over digital interactions including voiced messages. Plus, the platform allowed quicker handling via real-time customer verification using voice biometrics. The platform features have come in handy during the pandemic when consumer behavior and expectations have transformed drastically.
