With the introduction of Phrasee X, Phrasee has entered the $8.5 billion customer experience market, enabling marketers to optimize the language in real-time. It is the first technology of its kind being used by the organization to boost customer experience. 

Technology Used

Phrasee X is leveraging machine learning technology to optimize the language in real-time via a single click. Along with machine learning, it is also using natural language generation and deep learning capabilities to boost SaaS platforms, gaining power from Artificial Intelligence. The launch is being considered a ‘game changer’, allowing companies to modify the language as per their brand image and values. 

Parry Malm, CEO, Phrasee commented that today’s marketers need to understand the voice of the customer to better the customer experience, and the launch of Phrasee X will enable brands to test multiple messages at a time to achieve optimization.
