FoodStorm, a catering software provider, has launched a new solution called FoodStorm Kiosk to help in-store customers place orders themselves.
Thanks to this implementation, customers will be able to place, edit and pay for their orders autonomously, helping stores compete with other companies like Amazon and Walmart, which offer similar services. FoodStore is a catering software company that aims to automate companies’ processes, generate more sales, and “delight” customers.
“The FoodStorm Kiosk allows grocery retailers of every size to bring extreme convenience and a frictionless purchasing experience to their customers for in-person catering and prepared food orders,” Rod Hill, CEO of FoodStorm, said in a press release. “We want to help caterers and retail grocers capitalize on this trend with our industry leading technology.”
FoodStorm Kiosks now can be found in multiple Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace locations in New York and New Jersey, Roch Bros. Supermarkets in Massachusetts, and Mollie Stone’s in California.
