Quiq Acquires Snaps to Empower Digital Customer Conversations

More than 12 Messaging Channels to Cover Customer Engagement 

The leading customer engagement platform Quiq has acquired Snaps, a company that offers Conversational AI and NLP-powered automation. The partnership aims to deliver the most robust and complete conversational engagement solution to enterprises. Besides, it will also empower digital conversations by deploying AI and asynchronous messaging.

Together, the companies have boosted the sales and operational efficiency of the businesses by enhancing the customer experience. The Snaps AI-based conversational platform has enabled eCommerce companies to increase their sales by 300%, with 85% inbound inquiries resolved and CSAT scores raised by 15 points. At the same time, enterprises using Quiq’s asynchronous messaging platform have seen a 20-30% reduction in calls, improving the executive efficiency by 3 times and scaling up the CSAT points up to 20.
