Develops a Platform That Merges Traditional, Digital, and Social Media Experiences 

Reputation, the leading reputation experience management firm has taken over Nuvi, a social customer experience platform awarded for its social listening and data visualization capabilities. With the acquisition, Reputation has created an impressive platform that brings together traditional experience management, digital experiences, and social experience management that includes social media feedback and reviews. The platform thus offers a 360-view of customer sentiments over different channels.

The Details of Acquisition 

Nuvi employees will continue to serve the organization as a Reputation team in Utah after the procedure is completed. Also, Reputation will look forward to expanding its footprint in Utah in the fields of marketing, customer service, and engineering.
