Benenden to Migrate to New Generation Cloud Engagement
Chris Mullins, Head of IT at Benenden Health believes that great customer service is about putting the right thing in the right place and thus Benenden’s contact centers must perform at high levels. He also stated that the healthcare provider is working towards migration to a new cloud customer engagement platform from Sabio.
