Tesla is transforming its way of engaging customers on its website by launching a new Tesla Engagement Hub platform. To make conversations more authentic,Tesla has introduced a new platform that includes a variety of topics such as upcoming events for the Tesla owners club, disaster relief fund contributions, and news updates from the company.
Users need to have an account to browse through topics and join conversations. However, the user-to-user interaction will be more limited than before. The hub is being considered more curated than the old forums. The platform also clears a large amount of chaos created by unchecked interactions on the existing forums. From March 15 onwards, the forums will exist in a read-only format.
Users React To New Platform
Tesla has received mixed reactions from its users so far. The users have also suggested new additions like features to upvote or downvote systems, chat options, and other such interactive features. Some of the users have also liked the new introduction with comments like “Great to have this platform”, continuously flowing in. However, few of the users are not that happy with the new engagement hub and have suggested Tesla keep the forums as well.
