Stingray Business and Space Factory Media Join Hands with FAT Brands to Boost Customer Experience

Global Music and Customer Experience AI-Driven Insights Services Launched at Fatburger and Johnny Rockets

Stingray Business, a leading B2B multi-platform music, and in-store media provider along with Space Factory have signed an agreement to deliver custom music, analytics and AV system solutions for FAT Brands, that develops casual dining restaurant concepts globally.

The partnership is aimed to offer modern music and media innovations to FAT Brands and build immersive customer experiences for guests and employees. Following the agreement, the duo will offer custom-music and AI insight services into one solution for Fatburger and Johnny Rockets.

Ratha Khuong, General Manager of Stingray Business while stating the deal a significant breakthrough said that the company is thrilled for the partnership and looks forward to bringing more customer insight solutions and creating strong connections with customers and employees. 

The Launch

The solution is to get launched at a few locations for Johnny Rockets and Fatburger from April 2021. The alliance is further looking to expand the concept at other FAT Brands’ divisions within next year, which include Buffalo’s Café, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Bonanza Steakhouses, and more.

John Crooke, CMO of Space Factory said that they are excited to be in the partnership and combine music, consumer insights along business intelligence together for FAT Brands.
