Pharma Firms Use OCE to Enhance Digital Engagement

AI Plays Major Role In Boosting Productivity of The Firms

IQVIA has released that its Orchestrated Customer Engagement solution is now being used by 140 life-sciences companies spread across 90 countries. According to a company’s report, the enterprises are leveraging its solution to boost their digital transformation and create more impactful interactions with customers. 

The most recent life-science company to join the league is a Europe-based eye-care group is Laboratoires Thea. The other clients are Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Recordati, Zentiva, Theramex, and some other know names from the pharma world.

Digital Transformation- A Must-Have Requirement Post Pandemic 

OCE is designed to build a connection between enterprises and their customers along with collaborating with the different departments within the enterprise. To analyze the interactions and their results, Artificial Intelligence is used to make recommendations and finally boost productivity. 

Susan Hill, VP and General Manager of Customer Engagement at IQVIA said that the Covid-19 has pushed the companies in the pharma sector to accelerate their digital transformation and that a digitally-equipped workforce has become a ‘must-have’ requirement for the firms.
