Medallia To Acquire Decibel

Works Towards Offering A Single View-Point Of The Complete Experience Journey 

Medallia announced that the company is about to acquire Decibel and has entered into an agreement to take over the leading digital experience analytics company.  The deal will result in Medallia seamlessly including the always-on digital feedback offering a single view-point of all the customers and prospects at every point within the customer journey.

Details Of The Agreement 

The agreement amount is approximately $160 million in cash for the acquisition and is expected to close by the end of March 2021. Leslie Stretch, Chief Executive Officer of Medallia commented that with the massive shift towards the digital transformation, this acquisition will add crucial journey and capabilities, giving more value to the customers and prospects.

 Decibel’s technology is being leveraged by some high-end brands like Adidas, Sony, CVS, and Fidelity International.
