Doxim Acquires Level One

The Acquisition To Help Doxim Expand Its Domain Expertise

Doxim, the leading customer communications management platform announced that it has acquired customer experience and communication specialist Level One, based out of Pennsylvania.

The acquisition will allow Doxim to extend its approach in domain expertise for eBilling, payments, consumer interactions and preference management, data analytics, and reporting. 

Doxim President and CEO Mike Rogalski said that the company is delighted by including Level One in its portfolio as the company has provided service excellence for the last two decades in the field of utilities, government, and insurance.
