Chief responsibilities include managing customer service in Madison and Yazoo counties
Sandy Powlette, who formerly served Entergy‘s Rankin Network as Customer Service Manager has been appointed to take the role of Customer Service Manager for Entergy’s Madison Network. The seasoned employee is all set to add valuable customer service skills to her new position. At Madison, her chief responsibilities include managing customer service in Madison and Yazoo counties and relationships with municipalities in her coverage areas.
Powlette began her career with Entergy as a customer service representative in West Monroe, Louisiana, in the year 1997. Since then, she has taken several roles in the customer service and analytical support departments. She then moved to economic development in 2010. As a community development manager, her role was to help communities enhance their competitiveness. In 2014, she again joined the customer service team as Manager at Rankin network.
She is a Leadership Jackson Graduate and has studied marketing at Louisiana Tech University. She is also a member of the Keep Mississippi Beautiful board of directors.
