Sabio Acquires Fonetic To Boost Customer Experience

Second Big Purchase In A Week 

Intending to deepen its customer experience skills, Sabio, the leading provider of customer experience solutions has acquired Fonetic– a Spain-based Cloud-enabled AI technology provider of voice bots, chatbots, and customer behavior analytics solutions. This is the second big acquisition by Sabio in a week. Before Fonetic, the company also purchased Makepositive, a UK-based salesforce consultancy. 

AI To For Customer Interaction 

The customer experience is going to be transformed by AI-enabled capabilities. Fonetic’s conversational bots and consumer behavior analytics is going to help Sabio meet the rising technological demands of the market. 

Sabio’s CEO Jonathan Gale confirmed that the market is at a stage in which most of the customer interaction will be carried out by the bots powered by Artificial Intelligence. 

Gale further commented that Fonetic along with an incredible team also brings valuable customer experience expertise and is a crucial addition to Sabio’s IP portfolio.
