Avtex, a TTEC Digital company, is expanding its team with the recent addition of Brian Lannan as its new Vice President of Retail Experience.
Prior to being hired by Avtex, Lannan oversaw the Guest Experience Team at Target, and brings 15 years of retail experience with CX strategy development to the table.
As Vice President of Retail Experience, Lannan will be in charge of guiding the growth of Avtex’s retail business and lead a team to develop effective marketing strategies, as well as new IPs to make Avtex’s products and services more appealing and accessible to members of the retail industry.
Avtex is a consultatory CX solution provider whose goal is to help companies establish substantial connections between their businesses and their patrons. Avtex offers a variety of services including CX transformation support, planning, and orchestration.
Drawing upon his extensive experience with retail clients, Avtex hopes Lannan will be able to provide inventive, and engaging experiences tailored to each customer’s specific needs that will leave them with a lasting positive impression.

Avtex was recently acquired by TTEC Holdings, INC, a CX technology and services company. As of 2021, they have nearly 61,000 employees, operating across 22 different countries.
