BSL Acquires Acrinax To Improve Customer Engagement Management

To Boost Workforce Engagement Practices Via New Offerings

Business Systems has acquired Acrinax, making it its first acquisition under the ownership of August private equity. With this step, the company looks forward to expanding its customer experience market. The sum of the acquisition, however, has not been disclosed by the company.

The take-over has added a business that owns expertise in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and customer engagement technologies to BSL’s portfolio. The Acrinax Chat also offers real-time translation and is used by customers all across the globe.

Change In The Management

The deal also makes some crucial changes in the management with Damian Bowen, David Baughan, and Andrew Jacobs joining the Business System leadership management.

As per the BSL CEO, Adam Kantor, the company would add the Acrinax services to its cloud contact center to bring more depth to its customer experience strategy. The company also aims to boost workforce engagement practices through new offerings from Acrinax.

Kantor further added that this strategic partnership is unlikely to be the last acquisition with the company looking for more selective acquisitions that strengthen the company foothold in the market and accelerate their growth journey.
