Genesys To Buy Bold360 To Boost Customer Experience

Aims To Deliver Next Frontier of Digital Customer Experience

California-based AI company Genesys has announced that it is going to buy Bold360 from LogMeIn. The proposed deal is expected to update Genesys’s customer experience services. Besides, the company is aiming to assist other enterprises to better understand customer behavior and leverage AI-based analytics to improve customer services.  The acquisition is expected to get finalized by the mid of 2021. 

According to the official statement released by Genesys, the company will offer the next frontier of digital customer experience by uniting with Bold360, which is a live-chat engagement and AI tool, at present owned by LogMeIn.

Dynamic and Personalized Experience Through Experience-as-a-service Technology

Companies are looking for ways to engage their customers through experience-as-a-service and are receiving positive reactions to the technology said Genesys CEO and Chairperson Tony Bates. The AI-company is aiming to change digital into a dynamic and personalized experience that companies and their customers will love.
