American International Group (AIG) hires Claude Wade for the triple-packed role of Executive Vice President, Global Head of Operations, and Chief Digital Officer. Wade has considerable experience in the CX area of insurance, coming over to AIG from BlackRock, an asset and investment management firm.

Impossible Foods is taking its place in the movement to create more CX positions, with the introduction of a Chief Experience Officer role. The chosen trailblazer is Steve Turner, former creative director at Apple’s Media Arts Lab, as well as similar positions at Nike and Adidas.
